The OmniKine Human ST2 ELISA is capable of recognizing both recombinant and naturally produced Human ST2 proteins. The antigens listed below were tested at 50 ng/ml and did not exhibit significant cross reactivity or interference.
Human: IL-1alpha, IL-1beta, IL-1 RI, IL-1 RII, IL-1ra
The antigens listed below were tested at 25 ng/ml and exhibited less than 0.3% cross reactivity.
